Your Utility Folder contains style sheets and DTD headings as well as regional specifications to ensure that your eCTD is compliant with ICH guidelines. You can copy it from previous sequences into your current sequence. You can simply do this by right clicking on a Utility Folder and selecting Edit>Copy. Right click on your current sequence and select Edit>Paste. We recommend that you have a reference folder which contains your Utility folder. You can copy and paste the Utility Folder into your sequence from there. The reason we recommend this is if any updates happen to the Utility folder they can be saved in the references folder. As changes to specifications are released, Octagon will make you aware of any changes that need to be made to your utility folder.
