In order to hyperlink to multiple documents, you could individually view the destination documents that you need to link into and set the links appropriately. However, a more efficient way involves bringing down the portion of the submission that requires linking down to your local machine and setting links in a file/folder view.
To bring a higher-level folder down locally, right click on the folder and choose get children content. This will save the content locally to a folder called ‘.viewpoint’. This folder is located at C:\Documents and Settings\
